Description
Use the fastest elevator in the world to zoom up more than 500m to the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa. From this amazing vantage point, a magnificent sunset panorama of the city of Dubai, the sand dunes and the waters of the Persian Gulf awaits you.
Spread over two floors, both accessible with the same entrance ticket, there’s an observation room with large bay windows as well as a balcony with several telescopes, offering a second observation point to visitors.
Completed in 2009, the Burj Khalifa Tower is the tallest human structure ever built. The 830-meter high building, designed as a residence for up to 35,000 people, is at the heart of a new neighbourhood. The area immediately surrounding the Burj Khalifa, located in downtown Dubai, includes three hectares of parkland, an artificial lake, residential towers, "dancing" fountains and the Dubai Mall, the largest shopping centre in the world.

Due to high demand, the time you have chosen may not be available: you may be given another slot, thirty minutes before or after the initial time.
On the day of your visit, you can pick up your tickets beforehand at the Will Call Counter, located on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall, not far from the entrance to the tower.
Even having a ticket, it is possible you might have to wait in a lounge at the foot of the Tower before being able to go up. This is a system implemented by the building owners to ensure the smooth rotation of visitors. The visit can last up to 2 hours.
An identity check is carried out on the ground floor. Please make sure to have your photo ID with you.
The visit is free for children under the age of three.
