Guided Tour to Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel

On the day of your visit, please be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and present the voucher that you will have received by email. A fascinating historical and artistic journey awaits you! The guide will take you inside via the priority entrance and you will go on to discover some of the world’s most important masterpieces. Going from room to room, you will get to explore such popular highlights of the museum as the Greek Cross Hall, Gallery of Statues and the Hall of Busts and the Raphael Rooms, adorned by Raphael and his students. You will discover all the museum’s treasures: tapestries, paintings, and sculptures by Renaissance greats such as Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Bernini, Michelangelo, and Raphael. Your visit culminates at the Sistine Chapel, the crown jewel of the Vatican, where you will get to see two of the world’s most famous frescos; The Creation of Adam on the ceiling above you and The Last Judgment on the wall, both painted of course by Michelangelo. The tour of the museums lasts approximately two and a half hours. You can also visit Saint Peter’s Chapel afterwards if you choose.
