The museum is closed on Tuesdays. The museum closes at 6 pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
On Wednesdays and Fridays, the museum closes on 9.45pm.
Please note that your voucher is NOT valid as entrance ticket directly to the museum. You need to pick-up your tickets at 38 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, France
The museum is free for everyone under the age of 18 and 18-25-year-old residents of the European Economic Area (EU, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). Children under 18 do not need entrance tickets if they are with their parents, they just need to show their ID at the entrance.
Due to Paris’ anti-terrorist procedures (Vigipirate), entrance to the museum may be slower due to bag checks and this is especially true with larger groups.
Only luggage not exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm (21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches) can be accepted and must be placed in the lockers provided after being checked by security.
