  • Description

The cabaret was founded in 1889 by Joseph Oller and Charles Zidler during the Belle Époque, a unique period in the history of France where "carefreeness, lightness and joie de vivre" were the order of the day.

Located at the foot of Montmartre, this sumptuously decorated cabaret has inspired numerous cabarets around the world. Many artists have tread the boards of the famous Moulin Rouge stage including Edith Piaf, Yves Montand, Jean Gabin, Liza Minelli, Charles Aznavour, Charles Ray, Ella Fitzgerald and Franck Sinatra to name just a few.

Today, more than 80 artists make up the Moulin Rouge troupe, including 60 dancers. Such is the success of the cabaret, that it is often booked out weeks in advance.
Book on-line for the show "Féerie" and for two hours enjoy an amazing show while enjoying delicious champagne. The show runs from 9pm to 11pm.

Exactly what I expected: great dancers, good show, nice food (but could be more) and the champagne taste good!
